- We offer shipping services for a minimum order of one pallet.
- For orders valued over €3,000, we will cover 50% of the delivery fee if the delivery location is more than 100 km from Paris.
- For orders within Paris, shipping is completely free for the same order value, meaning customers are not charged any delivery fees.
- International Shipping:
- Currently, our international shipping service is limited to Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
- The minimum order value for international deliveries is €7,000.
- Orders meeting this value requirement qualify for free shipping, ensuring cost-effective delivery for our international customers.
- Delivery Time:
- The estimated shipping time is a maximum of one week, ensuring timely delivery of all orders.
- Shipping Documentation:
- Customers will receive a professional invoice and delivery note with each shipment, providing complete transparency and proof of purchase.
Refund & Return Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Below are the details of our refund and return policy:
- Order Cancellation:
- Once an order is in the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
- Damaged Items & Returns:
- We conduct thorough quality checks before shipping all items.
- If an item arrives in damaged condition, we will replace only the damaged item and not the entire order.
- Quality Check & Acceptance:
- Before shipping, our team carefully inspects and counts all items to ensure accuracy.
- Upon delivery, customers are required to verify the received items and sign a receipt confirming the correct quantity and good condition.
- If there are any discrepancies in item condition or quantity, customers must immediately contact our customer service for assistance.
- Refund Process:
- We do not provide direct monetary refunds.
- Instead, we issue store credit equivalent to the damaged item’s value.
- Example: If an item valued at €10 is damaged, we will provide €10 in store credit for the customer’s next order.
